Cookie Cart’s 9th Annual Chefs’ Dinner is on October 29 at Town & Country Club in Saint Paul. The dinner is prepared by a team of local celebrity chefs, led by award-winning chef, culinary educator, and restaurant consultant Pat Weber, along with student chefs from the International Culinary School at the Art Institutes International of Minnesota. We are honored to have another phenomenal lineup chefs for this year’s event, including Kristy Dirk of Lucky Oven Bakery.
Kristy Dirk is the chef and owner of Lucky Oven Bakery. After graduating from the Art Institutes International Baking and Pastry program, she went to work for Michelle Gayer’s Salty Tart. She has also done pastry work for Mise en Place and worked as a pastry chef at Mosaic Café and Red Wagon Pizza.
